Creating your own happiness!

Do you ever wonder why you're not as happy as you want to be? Have you ever thought to write down what makes you happy and then do it?

I don't just wake up happy every day, it is something I have to constantly work on and for those who know me, they know why that is. It's hard to be happy with a mood disorder.

I recently started drawing again and it has brought me a lot of happiness. If you want to see my cartoon drawings, they're on my FB page under my art! It has brought me happiness to draw and to help other women through coaching them with their health goals.

So, get out there and start doing things that make you happy and start with one thing per week that you can do daily to make your day happier. This will get the ball rolling and you'll feel more positivity and will be able to bless the lives of those around you.

You have reached the winter of my discontent.

Can you guess what movie that is from? One of my favorites. Well, it pretty much explains my life to a T.
